NUS MBA most preferred by recruiters
NUS Business School has notched another ringing endorsement of its quality and standing. It is now the most preferred school from which to recruit MBA graduates amongst business schools in Asia Pacific. This high regard was echoed by the TopMBA.com International Recruiter Survey 2006 which placed NUS Business School top in the region – a significant jump from eighth placing last year. NUS Business School’s MBA specialisations in International Management and Finance were also ranked among the world’s top 50.

The survey of 455 companies from 33 countries was conducted by QS Quacquarelli Symonds, the world’s leading network for top careers and education. Responses from human resources managers and recruiters provide invaluable insights on the value of MBAs offered by business schools around the world.
QS believes that recruiters and HR decision-makers make the most objective and informed opinions as to which are the ‘best’ business schools. For instance, when HR managers choose from which business schools to recruit, they will draw from a wide range of information sources. They will evaluate their experience of MBA alumni currently working at their firms and canvass their opinions, and assess the quality and reputation of the schools. HR decision-makers will also consider facilities, course content and quality of students.
More information on the survey is available at NUS Business School and TopMBA websites.
