NUS Business School appoints new Management Advisory Board

NUS Business School has appointed its new Management Advisory Board for a term of two years, from July 2009. Mr S Dhanabalan, Chairman of Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd, will be Chairman of the Management Advisory Board and Mr Hsieh Fu Hua will serve as the Deputy Chair.

Under the leadership of Mr Dhanabalan, the Board members include prominent business leaders, corporate chiefs and alumni. The Management Advisory Board will provide strategic advice and guidance to the Dean and leadership of the NUS Business School.

NUS President Prof Tan Chorh Chuan said: "The University is grateful and honoured to have Mr Dhanabalan, Mr Hsieh and such as illustrious group of corporate leaders as members of the NUS Business School Management Advisory Board. The rapidly changing business landscape presents many challenges as well as opportunities for education and research in the Business School. We look forward to drawing on the Advisory Board members' expertise, rich experience and strong business networks, as we develop new programmes and revamp existing ones. With their advice and support, NUS aims to nurture future business leaders who have a strong appreciation of global issues as well as the ability to leverage on developments in Asia, and who will create value for the Singapore and global economy."
